  3. In this game, NASA has sent several manned 
  4. missions to explore the mysterious monuments...
  5. but every mission has ended in disaster. Soon 
  6. after the astronauts landed on Mars NASA lost 
  7. contact with them─and know one knows why. You're 
  8. the final hope. You have been chosen for a 
  9. special mission to rescue the missing astronauts 
  10. and to discover the secrets of the Martian 
  11. monuments. The game begins just after your ship 
  12. lands on Mars near the site of the "Cliff", one 
  13. of the many monuments. Will you suddenly vanish 
  14. like the astronaut explorers before you? Can you 
  15. find the entrance to each monument and discover 
  16. what secrets are hidden inside?

  18. The Monuments of Mars! is an arcade/adventure 
  19. game set in the near future as you explore a 
  20. secret underground city on Mars. In the first 
  21. volume ("First Contact") you will need to survive 
  22. 20 unique and challenging levels (screens) filled 
  23. with puzzles, traps, creatures and useful artifacts.
